工作內容 :
Assist Manager/ess to manage & monitor the day-to-day operation of company’s properties; Liaising with different depart. & contractors, on the work requests; Renewal of statutory licenses & certifications in terms of compliance with building & safety related regulations
薪金 :
每月$30,000 - $45,000 (視乎工作經驗而定), 有年假12天, 手提電話津貼, 醫療保險, 在職培訓及晉升機會, 星期...
要求學歷 :
專上教育：文憑/證書; 5年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 5 yrs or above relevant working exp. in Facility Management (industrial building or plants pref.)
