Building Services Mechanic
執行上司分配的測試工作, 檢查、保養、維修、控制及報告大廈的裝備、消防、渠務及一切設施, 及提供有關的記錄, 負責保養、維修商業大廈各工場及更換損耗的裝備, 監察及報告租客的裝修工程, 執行颱風及其他緊急工作 (有節日賀金, 婚假及喪假)
Electrician (Multi-Skilled Technician)
Responsible for handling the electrical and/or electrical facilities of shop facilities and equipment; including maintenance; regular inspections; preventive and emergency breakdown repairs; etc; Need to handle emergency repair occasionally
Office Cleaner
Responsible for general office cleaning, including mopping floors, sweeping floors, garbage disposal, cleaning the toilets, wiping tables etc.
