專上教育：文憑/證書; 良好粵語; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 認可適任技術人員; 持有平安咭; 持有建造業工人註冊證; 持有密閉空間核准工人證明書; Gd communication skills,holder of driving license is pref.,Fresh grads. are welcome
