Handle counter and hotline enquiries in a professional manner. Provide proactive customer service to clients. Prepare tour itinerary and quotation. Contact and make reservation with overseas suppliers

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂中英文電腦操作; Proficiency in Amadeus & Sabre. Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
