工作內容 :



Responsible for pre-contract quantity surveying duties for building maintenance works, tender estimation and submission, measurement & cost analysis, price/forecast the cost of different materials needs for the project, follow up with quotation, responsible for taking off quantities from drawings


薪金 :

每月$21,000 - $24,000, 有銀行假期 及花紅, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 8 - ...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂視窗操作; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel; 懂中文打字; Diploma or certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred
