工作內容 :



Responsible for pre-contract quantity surveying duties for building maintenance works,tender estimation&submission,measurement&cost analysis, Price/ forecast of cost of different materials needs for project,Follow up with quotation, Liaise with internal/external parties(immediately available pref.)


薪金 :

每月$16,000-$18,900(視乎經驗,學歷及面試表現),有銀行假期及花紅(taking off quantities from...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂視窗操作; 懂中文打字; HD in Quantity Surveying/Civil/Architecture/Building Studies/Services/abv;w/1yrs rel. work exp pref
