Responsible for pre-contract quantity surveying duties for building maintenance works, tender estimation and submission, measurement & cost analysis, price/forcast the cost of different materials need for the project, follow up with quotation, responsible for taking off quantities from drawings
每月$16,000 - $18,000(視乎工作經驗,學歷及面試表現), 有銀行假期 及花紅 (Independent, Good communication), 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 8-9 小時, 或需於星期六當值, 會有當值津貼
