一般資訊科技支援工作, 處理用戶關於資訊科技的查詢, Provide first line helpdesk & technical support on IT-related issues to end users via phone and email; Incident taking, logging & classification using ticketing system; Keep track on helpdesk calls & escalate to 2nd line support teams
薪金 :
每月$18,000 - $22,000, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 9 小時 ...
要求學歷 :
專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂視窗操作; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂Lotus 123; 具有一般互聯網知識
