工作內容 :

Responding to technical support tickets;Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical or IT issue; Traveling to clients sites to investigate the issue and provide technical support; Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues (需派駐客戶公司工作)


薪金 :

每月$15,000 - $18,000, 有年假10天 及醫療福利, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 9...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 2年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 一般英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; Knowledge of operating systems (MS Win), web services, and mobile
