Onsite technical support to End User spread across multiple locations and collaborating remotely with Helpdesk staff in remote locations (At least 1 yr EU Support Experience; Familiar w/Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite of applications, network configurations, LAN, Wireless LAN)

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 良好普通話優先; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE); Holder of IT Certificates, Diploma in Information Technology /Computer related disciplines pref.
