工作內容 :

Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls; Conduct analysis for the reported issues and categorised into ticket types accordingly


薪金 :

每月$15,000 - $25,000, 星期一至五: 上午8時半至下午5時半, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 8 小時 ...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Diploma or associate degree holder or above in IT; At least 1 year of servicing end users experience
