為總會大廈及各單位/中心的水電、木器、鐵器、油漆、地板及天花等機電及屋宇的設備進行維修、安裝、測試、更換工作;對各單位/中心內進行電力系統的檢查、測試及改善工程;為各新設立的單位/中心設備進行檢驗及測試;處理總會大廈及各單位/中心緊急突發事故;需外勤;處理由督導指派的其他工作(一年合約)
每月$17,675, 有其他津貼/福利, 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午5時50分, 每週工作5天至6天, 星期六長短週
