Provide customers with computer hardware and software installation and maintenance, network connection and network equipment, support system problems.
$12,000 - $14,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Dental Scheme, Medical Insurance, Performance Award, Study Allowance, Year-end Bonus and Transport Allowance, 9:00AM-6:30PM or 1:00PM-10:30PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday
NOC Engineer
Monitor network devices, software health. Troubleshooting. Perform level 1 network support. Notify customer in the event of an incident
