提供指導及協助長者使用資訊科技及產品；舉辦與資訊科技相關的活動及班組；協助長者使用科技產品及協助中心整理器材設備及購置、設施管理等；支援及指導長者及其家屬使用網上媒介或以視像通訊進行網上訓練或探訪等；支援中心各項服務及活動。
每月$10,000, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午5時半及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天半, 每天工作 8.5 小時(半天4小時), 星期六長短週
