Mailing Assistant
負責操作入信機，根據工作指示把已打印好的文件放入正確的信封內，並監察入信機的運作以確保整個流程暢順及按時完成。完成後細心檢查信件品質，確保達至客戶要求(Shift Allowance and Shuttle Bus Service)
Printing Assistant
負責操作大型/專業印刷機，按時完成相關打印工作，須按工作指示選擇適當的電腦檔案及紙張，操作印刷機打印文件或信件，並細心留意印刷機運作情況(Shift Allowance and Shuttle Bus Service)
