Production Team Leader

工作內容 Job Responsibilities:

- Manage redressers’ activities and performance

- On the job training to redresser and work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency

- Coordinate with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth processing flow of goods and packaging materials

- Ensure satisfactory functioning of redressing equipment; report to superior in cases of malfunctioning

- Manage line initiation and line clearance; ensure general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of each workstation

- Perform other ad hob project/ tasks assigned by supervisor.





Qualifications & Experience:

- School certificate (Form 5) or above

- Min. 3 years working experience in manufacturing / repackaging production

- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

- Attention to details and organized

- Open minded to suggestions on ways and means to improve productivity

- Good command in written and spoken Chinese; basic English
