建立居民社區新網絡「童行爸媽」，持續發掘及支援有需要的家長及兒童; 與互委會或地區持份者共同協作，以社區營造模式提供義工培訓及親子讀書會及玩樂空間等服務運作; 招募大學生成為「童行哥姐」，推動洪孩兒角色轉化，組織邨內兒童成為「屋邨小當家」; 支援本會推動社區發展宗旨的實踐及其他會務（行政及籌款）工作
