維修及保養本局建築物的設施，包括一般電力供應設備、水務及衞生設施、木工及泥水等；進行簡單裝修工程；管理有關維修及保養物資和工具及日常搬運設備及物資；監督初級員工的維修和保養工作；及 協助跟進及協調本局合約承建商所執行的工程。
$16,040 - $23,700 per month, with Medical Benefits, Performance Award and Annual Leave 14 days, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-5:15PM and Sat: 9:00AM-12:45PM, 5.5 working days per week, on shift, 9 working hours per day
Teaching/ Classroom Assistant
準備、安排、分發及盤點課堂實習所需的材料及工具；安裝、維修、搬運及保養實習工場的工具及設備，並處理維修計劃及保存良好記錄；提供教學支援及協助製作和保存示範教具；負責保持工場環境及設施之安全和清潔；調撥及管理有關物資和工具的收發、採購及存取管理；協調及監督工人依照安全及衛生規則執行職務
Technician
Responsible for electronic device installation, maintenance and repairs, outdoor work, 跟進客戶的要求並提供技術支援 (Knowledge in electronic, vehicle maintenance is preferred)

Responsible for extracting and organizing cost data, preparing analytical reports and other ad hoc assignments
Techician (Electrical)(EA)
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the building and its systems, including regular inspections and maintenance Preventive and emergency repairs; Refurbishment and system upgrade installation
