維修及保養本局建築物的設施，包括一般電力供應設備、水務及衞生設施、木工及泥水等；進行簡單裝修工程；管理有關維修及保養物資和工具及日常搬運設備及物資；監督初級員工的維修和保養工作；及 協助跟進及協調本局合約承建商所執行的工程。
