Job Responsibilities



Supervise the Delivery Team and Return Team to provide Goods Return service to customer

Supervise the team to achieve objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability, KPIs and service standard

Establish and maintain the highest standard of Warehouse environment

Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, and hence recommend promotion and job enhancement

Drive and maintain lean culture and ensure environmental, health and safety within the Warehouse and working environment

Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements



Degree or Higher Diploma holder

At least 5 years relevant working experiences with at least 3 years at Management level in a sizable team, preferably in Logistics and Warehouse industries

Candidate with operation management experience in express, retail, FMCG or related industries will also be considered

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communications, service oriented with positive attitude

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.

Familiar with SAP system

Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Supervisor
