與客戶預約及安排工程時間;與大廈管理公司相討安裝或維修工程事宜;向客戶提供及講解香港寬頻之產品詳情、服務內容、以及安裝或維修固網服務之建議;於大廈內之電訊房至客戶居住單位進行線路鋪設、網絡接駁;協助客戶將電腦或路由器接駁至香港寬頻網絡;於客戶居住單位內進行訊號及服務測試，確保服務達致公司標準
