Senior Systems Engineer-On Shift
Perform installation,admin,troubleshooting&tuning of IT sys.&network infrastructure,implementing&testing new server&computer tech,prepare procedures & docs in responsible areas,familiar with platforms/sys:Windows AD,Linux,MySQL,Nginx,Cloudflare,AWS
Helpdesk Support Enginner - on shift
Provide IT support & resolve technical issues for proprietary sys & other common applications, install,monitor & maintain hardware,network infrastructure & software applications,assist in project implementation,establish guidelines & conducting user
Cams Controller
Responsible for answering enquiries and referring complaints to related department, handling routine documentation work such as data input and filing
