Technician (Computer)
負責用戶專有雲集群的維護、管理、故障排除等日常工作，確保系統的正常穩定運行；負責使用者資源開通、帳號開通、提供產品使用指引；負責監控雲集群健康狀態，定時巡檢並做好記錄，按時發送日報週報；負責專有雲集群各故障處理，及時通報回饋處理
Cleaner
負責中心內一切清潔工作，確保環境整潔、安全；協助清潔及整理訓練室內之用具；負責處理中心之衣物清洗工作；協助照顧學員/舍友起居生活，包括如廁、進食、更換衣服等；如有需要，負責中心外勤工作，包括購物、郵遞及送文件往辦事處或其他機構
