Checker
Perform quality checking for outdoor advertisement installation; Photo taking and complete required job completion form; Outdoor work is required

Responsible for providing personalized services to residents and dealing with complaints, possess good hospitality/customer service skill and willing to serve

General duties of cleaner, responsible for factory office, corridors and toilets daily cleaning
Junior Technician
Assist in various facilities in the centre including plumbing and electricity and air-conditioner repairing and regular checking, responsible for coordinating the service between contractor and supplier
