管理維修團隊進行日常大廈設施保養，安裝及維修工作; 調查及維修故障的大廈設備以恢復正常運作; 制定人手配置及編更; 對各類型大廈設備進行安裝及測試; 執行緊急維修工作; 進行日常保養、安裝及維修大廈設施 (具4年或以上大廈維修工作經驗; 能獨立處理大廈設備日常維修保養及監督工作; 能書寫簡單的中文報告)
