Pre & post contract quantity surveying works; prepare tender documentation/negotiation w/ employer/contractors; prepare EOT, variation orders, interim payment, settlement of final account of projects; liaise w/ clients, consultants, subcontractors etc. (Strong team player, can work under pressure)
每月$40,000 - $45,000(視乎工作經驗而定) (excellent problem solving , analytical and negotiation skills), 星期一至六: 上午8時至下午6時, 每週工作6天(self-motivated & can work independently)
