協助運輸部主管處理車輛調導工作,製作運輸部日常報表,電腦派車系統操作,一般文書工作,處理運輸部文件傳遞及電子書信往來,利用GPS系統追蹤車輛行蹤,運用電腦系統編制工作清單,核對公司車隊及外判派送簽收文件,部門內外聯繫工作,核對帳單,緊急外勤支援
Project Assistant
Co-ordinate with clients and sub-contractors; Follow-up the work progress and Prepare shop drawings
Cleaner
Collect and send internal documents, daily office cleaning, pantry and canteen, provide tea service, assist HR to copy and file documents
