Work closely w/ various dept. to ensure optimum support; Assist PM & Sr designer to coordinate project matters; Assist from initial stages to practical completion; Manage & regular update Co website; Ste surveying, liaise w/ contractors & suppliers;
$14,000 - $20,000 per month, with Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Double Pay, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, (Immediately available is preferred)
Surveyor (Quantity)
Responsible for site measurement of works, variation claim, cost control, budgeting and settlement of final accounts of various projects; Preparation of quantities and coordination with the Project Manager and the Purchasing Department for material
Transport Scheduler
Schedule the daily operations of vehicles and drivers and handle admin works, driver recruit, handle with transport operation information (e.g. customer, respective department), handle with adhoc duties assigned by supervisor (具一年或以上相關工作經驗, 對貨櫃碼頭操作熟
School Worker(Residential Part)
