負責檢查及維修大廈各設施, 系統等工作, 如大廈發生緊急事故, 需加班工作 (另有補薪或補假)

$20,000 per month, with Double Pay, Mon to Sat: 9:30AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week

Prepare tender documents, SOR, specification, etc., assist in project management

負責使用電腦繪圖, 繪畫一些有關工程的圖則及一般文書應用

負責酒店內油漆翻新及牆紙更換工作，以及協助清洗冷氣風槽。

負責維修、操作及清洗酒店範圍內所有冷氣系統

負責繪圖(Autocad), 須外出工作, 與客戶及供應商協調工程項目

Responsible for cleaning liens

Responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel kitchen

Setup, operate & dismantle for audio & lighting equipment of events
