General duties of Classroom Cleaner
$3,300 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $100 per month, Mon to Fri: 3:30PM-6:30PM, 5 working days per week, 3 working hours per day
Quantity Surveying
Responsible for all QS work from pre-contract to post-contract works; Handle tender, contract assignment and contract negotiation independently; Preparation of variation quotation, assessment and the settlement of final account
Operator
確保所有的訂單如期執行及指令清晰地派到師傅手上，確保師傅完成所有即日訂單；客人如有任何查詢，要立即回覆，如未能馬上回覆要通知客人原因。一般文職工作(資料輸入及文件存檔)，負責接聽電話，跟單、落單、打單，聯絡客戶安排工程、維修、及保養，外勤工作如到銀行、郵局與外出收發文件
