0.75-shift Health Worker II (T/ICS/DS)
負責為長者提供健康及護理照顧,包括協助管理藥物,整理健康及護理紀錄等;參與制定及跟進長者個人關顧計劃;照顧長者的起居生活及提供個人照顧。Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis.
