協助監察外判承辦商工作，就屋宇裝備工程進行簡單的維修保養，定期視察樓宇狀況； 維修小型機電、空調系統、大廈設施維修 (包括水喉、泥水、油漆、木工) 履行一般的工場職務，維修試驗設備和家具，準備樣本並裝配試驗設備。
每月$19,030 - $21,585, 有醫療保險, 星期一至五: 上午8時至下午5時及星期六: 上午8時至中午12時, 每週工作5天半, 每天工作 9 小時
