Checking the document and entering the data into the system, handling general clerical work

Communicate with customers and suppliers for orders everyday;arrange orders & routes to drivers everyday;manage payroll of drivers following office workflow procedures;clerical support to operation team
Fabric Inspector(EA)
General duties of Fabric Inspector, Inspecting the quality of fabric, such as defects and colour uniformity, Completing fabric inspection report
Building Technician / Repairer
Performing routine maintenance or servicing, General duties of Building Services Mechanic, Conducting regular building facilities check-up, Arranging and monitoring work of contractors, Refurnishing building facilities
Marketing Trainee
General clerical work, such as filing, photocopying and scanning, prepare mailing list and meeting document;outdoor work required
