負責一般醫院設施保養及維修，包括︰通渠、一般供水、排水安裝及維修、泥水、油漆、細木工、亮漆、安裝鎖及其他簡單配件等。執行醫院各項設備和儀器的裝置、運作、修理。協助處理醫院緊急維修及緊急事故。協助定期視察院內各樓宇設備之狀況，並跟進維修事宜。執行上級指派的其他職務。(合約期為一年至三年)
