Supervise a team of frontline bus operation staff; handle traffic accident and provide support to involved passengers and staff; handle operational contingency issues; handle enquiries from passengers; perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

監察及檢查物業及設備運作, 聯繫及跟進維修保養及改進工程, 人流控制, 準備設施供租用, 巡邏, 一般文職工作(會派駐康文署圖書館工作)
