協助客戶於不同智能手機平台，提供手機資料轉移服務; 處理客人有關使用智能裝置、手機軟件、黑莓、流動裝置、流動寬頻和其他電腦設備的疑問; 負責手機應用課程，向客戶教授智能裝置應用之導師; 提供參與及支援公司舉辦的各項市場推廣活動; 負責及提供零售同事內部培訓 (#REF: TH-7013)
Investigation Officer/Senior Investigation Officer
Carry out case investigation, such as following targets; Collect information from different sources; compose investigation reports; organize and analyze evidence such as photos, recordings and videos etc.
