Assisting colleagues in all stages of design. Draft lighting layout and detail in AutoCAD, prepare lighting specification, and calculation etc.
Quantity Surveyor
General quantity surveying, taking off quantity from drawing, cost est. evaluation of Variation Order, payment claims & final account
Project Co-ordinator
To liaison with related Architectural & Construction firms on drawings, prepare material submission, method statement, master program and working schedule, arrange labour to attend site safety lesson
Operations Assistant
Manage operation of client management system and prepare operation reports; Review, audit and refine workflow to reach operational targets; Handle customer enquiry, service order and complaint

負責倉務工作, 包括物資, 存貨及其他儀器進出儲存和妥善存檔,每天流動捐血隊及捐血車的物資及儀器預備工作, 儀器的定期校準工作及預備儀器的維修工作,駕駛血液收集部不同車輛,協助載送中心職員及運送中心貨物/文件到各收集血液工作點 (於油麻地取車)(職位申請表HA(G)13可在http://www.ha.org.hk下載)
