執行各部門要求的支援服務,填寫工作紀錄及處理有關運作問題,處理部門日常遇到的工作問題,並向上級報告日常工作進度,處理火警,升降機,電力,冷氣,供水等重要設施故障,安排建築物及保安設施,儀器及工具的維修保養,執行一般辦公室工作,協調外判商執行雜務工作,參與及協調各種有關保安,火警及設施故障的緊急演習
