執行中心內各項日常維修工作,執行中心內各項設施的運作及維修,與保養承辦商維持設施於良好的安全水平;協助執行緊急召喚維修工作或其他突發事故;協助監督承辦商在中心內的安裝及維修工作,提供技術意見;定期視察院內各樓宇設備之狀況,並跟進維修事宜(2年合約,可續約)(Postal: 30 Nam Long Shan Road, Wong Chuk Hang)

$15,000 per month or above (depends on experience), with Gratuity, Medical Insurance and Public Holiday, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week(48 working hours)
