一般醫院設施保養及維修,日常/突發機械設備;日常電力系統/特低壓設備,家電,空調及冷凝裝置,工業及醫療器械的擬定及突發的維修工作,執行上級指派的其他職務(持不少於1個有關牌照,如建造業工人註冊管理局註冊為熟練/半熟練技工,註冊小型工程承建商(個人)註冊證,密閉空間(核准工人)牌照,水喉匠牌照)
