Technical Support (Day Shift)(EA)
Perform first-tier helpdesk support and handle IT enquiries from customers via phone and email; Isolate IT related problems and escalate to the next level support when required; Provide back office support
Senior Engineer / Engineer (Transmission)(EA)
Design and plan the block wiring cable systems included fiber and copper cables for local network; Conduct site survey and collect site information for technical proposal preparation and submission; Monitor work progress and installation schedule
