日常屋苑維修及保養工作，包括一般電器，冷氣，供水及排水系統 (每天工作 9 小時, 半天工作4小時)

Responsible for cleaning showrooms, sample flat and other general cleaning duties

Cleaning at the residential area

Responsible for vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the desk and emptying the trash, cleaning the pantry, toilets and office

Demo flat and booth cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning furniture and washroom cleaning)

Office cleaning: washing cups, vacuuming, mopping, clearing up garbage, cleaning glass etc

Office washroom cleaning

Responsible for the cleaning in classrooms, special rooms, corridors, washrooms and school areas
