協助預備材料、打麵、按板、烘焙、包裝工作等等; 協助製作麵包、如預備材料、打麵、塑型、睇爐、焗包、包裝等工作 (工作地點包括離島區分店 (包括東涌、機場、港珠澳大橋人工島))
