負責籌備及推行電子健康管理計劃之相關服務，包括：計劃宣傳及招募工作；活動紀錄、報告、統計等文書、結算工作；協助進行年度問卷調查；籌辦不同形式的健康主題活動及支援中心之接待工作及活動推行
每月$10,930, 有年假12天, 銀行假期, 在職培訓, 醫療福利 及每月其他津貼/福利$500, 星期一至六: 上午8時半至下午6時, 每週工作5天至5天半, 每天工作 8.5 小時, 半天工作 4 小時
