負責接聽用戶來電咨詢，解答用戶使用彩電過程的問題。負責將用戶問題分類，對于無法通過電話指導用戶解決的問題，轉發到服務部維修主管處理。負責整理倉庫的壞機、報廢機、待修機，對各種狀態的彩電進行分類擺放。協助維修主管對倉庫的壞機進行維修或翻新、協助拆解報廢機。負責上門單據的錄入
