$460.00 - $480.00 per day, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-5:00PM and Sat: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
Hotline Operator (Night Shift)
Be responsible for handling the Inspectorate Hotline; Handle complaint cases; Record particulars of the callers & the phone calls accurately & promptly; liaise with colleagues in response to the phone calls received & arrange for actions; Assist in
