$15,000 per month, with Annual Leave 15 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , On-the-job Training and 強積金僱主自願性供款, 9:00AM-5:00PM,9:00AM-6:00PM or 9:00AM-9:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week(44 hrs), 8-12 working hours per day

General duties of Technician, 負責機電維修及記錄操作等事項; 一般大廈及廠房維修及保養工作，如空調及通風系統、電氣及照明、一般家電之檢測保安系統、自來水及排污水等

監督本集團於香港內地的業務發展，開拓及發展集團於內地的潛在市場。與財務總監緊密合作就項目財務作戰略計劃。監督本集團子公司進行改制。監管部門員工，並對其工作進行績效評估，積極做好部門內人才梯隊建設工作。
