$500.00 per day, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week

Building management system establish & maintenance; Coordinate project/maintenance

管理維修團隊進行日常大廈設施保養、安裝及維修工作,調查及維修故障的大廈設備以恢復正常運作,制定人手配置及編更,對各類型大廈設備進行安裝及測試,執行緊急維修工作,進行日常保養、安裝及維修大廈設施

負責防水灌漿, 修補瓷磚及石屎批盪等維修保養工作
